L4G is a high performance executive development programme provided by Duke University of the USA, which has been voted number 1 Corporate Education Provider in the World over the last 5 years.

L4G companies are selected by Enterprise Ireland based on being leaders in their field, on their track record and their potential to grow and intetnationalise.

AWN is the only environmental consultancy company of the 25 companies selected which is a fantastic affirmation of AWN's quality of service, unique product offerings and technical excellence.

The L4G programme will assist AWN to identify and put in place the systems, structures and management framework neccesary to support overseas growth.

In addition to the world class educational input from Duke University, Enterprise Ireland has appointed Jeremy Pelzcer, former CEO of American Water (a multi-billion dollar, 8000 employee water and wastewater company) as Business Advisor to AWN to help develop strategy and implimentation, and Ms Vicki Hathway, as Executive Leadership Coach to the Management Team. Vicki has worked with many companies across the world to assist and enable the development of leadership skills.

Dr Fergal Callaghan of AWN is the director who will lead the L4G effort within AWN and he will be providing updates to the management team and staff as the programme develops.
