AWN provides a support team to our clients to review the operation of wastewater treatment systems. At the outset of each project a site visit is conducted by AWN staff to review and discuss the current wastewater treatment system. Following this AWN provide the following services:

• Characterisation of wastewater quality through laboratory analysis of samples collected from the WWTP;
• Review of relevant documentation including Operations and Maintenance (O&M) procedures.
• On-going audit and data monitoring (if required).
