AWN Consulting - COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan

AWN would like to reassure its Clients that it remains operational and open for business.

We are committed to the safety and welfare of all our staff, clients and suppliers and we keep our Business Continuity Plan under continuous review to ensure that we meet the requirements of our business, safeguard our employees and operate in accordance with the latest Government guidance in relation to COVID-19.

AWN operates a flexible working system which enables all our employees to work remotely and ensure that we can continue to provide services to our clients with minimal disruption.

To ensure that AWN's data and communications are secured to the highest standards all our staff have been provided with data-encrypted laptops which use the Microsoft 365 E5 platform with its associated Anti-Virus and Web-filtering security for our email and document applications.

User access to the AWN Data Portal is via Two Factor Identity protocol and secure remote access to our file servers / modelling computers is operated through secure Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Virtual Network Computing (VNC) connections. Our Cloud-based telephone system (using MS Teams) enables 'face to face' video meeting / conferencing as well as voice communication; this can be operated and managed remotely. The flexibility of this system will ensure that you can continue to maintain contact with our office or directly with any of our consultants if you wish.
