AWN Consulting undertakes regular compliance monitoring for IPPC licensed facilities, specifically, surface and groundwater monitoring and noise monitoring. We use dedicated sub-contract accredited laboratories to produce fully accredited laboratory analysis results.

Our noise monitoring team has many years' experience of monitoring and modelling of IPPC facilities and of specifying remedial measures where required.

We regularly sample ground, surface waters, and effluent emissions and interpret noncompliance for clients, conducting further analysis or risk assessment where necessary, to identify likely risks to man and the environment.

We also undertake specialist monitoring studies, such as a survey of shellfish to determine residual pharmaceutical active concentrations in the environment and soil and sediment dioxin surveys to determine baseline soil and sediment dioxin concentrations in the environment.
